My name is Zack Ramsey and I want to be your Ward 2 City Councillor. I am a born and raised Londoner and very connected with the issues of the city and Ward 2.

I started getting involved in municipal politics because London is going through so many crises from homelessness, affordability, housing, rent prices, rats, etc. When I look at City Council’s actions I do not see the treating these crises as crises; they make excuses, blame others and fail to find ways to improve these crises.

In my free time I volunteer as a tenant organizer. I go to some of the worst apartment buildings in London and help tenants organize together to get repairs done that have been ignored for years and lower rent. If this was a city wide intiative we could lower market rent and housing costs so that there is more money in your pocket to spend on things you are passionate about.

I have spent the last 4 years speaking with the countless people that make this city run in preparation for this campaign. Londoners deserve a politician who understands their struggles and does not make excuses to do what is needed to improve London!
